March is right around the corner and I think it’s time to reflect on your New Year’s goals. I mean really reflect. Have you stuck with the plan you made and made progress toward your goal? If yes great! I think it’s fantastic. If not, don’t beat yourself up. The New York Post explained that it takes about 32 days for the average person to break their resolution with many of them breaking their resolution before the 32 day mark. For this reason, I think it is important to stop for a minute and reassess your goals. To help with this I have created a fun and easy March habit tracker printable freebie for you to download and print.

Positive Habits

This March habit tracker printable is perfect if you want to track positive habits like:

  • days you workout
  • days you hit your water intake goal
  • days you hit your step goal
  • days you wrote in your journal
  • days you wrote out your gratitude list
  • days you read for 5+ minutes

Negative Habits

You can also track habits YOU deem negative like;

  • days you go without alcohol
  • days you go without vaping
  • days you reduce or go without sugar
  • days you don’t eat highly processed food

Either way, you use the tracker, for positive or negative habits, will benefit you on your journey to reach your goals. I also recommend you start with only trying to change 1-3 things. If you immediately start tracking too many things it can be overwhelming and you may decide it’s not worth it and scrap the whole process. So start small with a short list of goals.
