Self care is important for overall wellness. The great news is the number of people practicing self care has increased dramatically in recent years. This is good news. Unfortunately, we often forget to take care of ourselves and end up giving in to the stresses of life. To prevent this, you can use a journaling method for tracking your self care. This will help you build a solid self care practice that will help improve your overall wellness.

Self Care Tracker Sections

This self care tracker has five sections. The first section is for setting your daily goals. For example, your goals can include things like working out, cooking a nutritious dinner, or calling a friend. These can be anything you want to work on for the day.

The second section is for focusing on your nutrition and eating healthy. Keep it simple and just write down your meals for the day or use it as a planner.

In the third section, you can write out your morning and/or evening self care routine. This section is great because it helps you to keep your routine fresh. Don’t be scared to try new things and see what self care activities you love the most.

The fourth section consists of various self care trackers you can use to track your reading goals, water goals, meditation goals, etc.

The fifth and final section is simply for writing notes or doodling. It’s just for fun. Use it however you want.

In conclusion, it’s important to take care of your physical and mental well-being by practicing self care through eating healthy, exercising, and doing other activities you enjoy.

The need for self care is largely due to the demands that are placed on us by society, work, and other responsibilities. I hope you find this free self care tracker useful. Please remember it’s for personal use only.  😉 You can print it or use it on your iPad with an Apple pencil in an app like GoodNotes (paid IOS app) and just duplicate the page daily. If you need help with how to do that, let me know.
