Welcome back to my blog. If you have been here before, you will notice a few things have changed. I have finally figured out not so much how to niche down (that’s not difficult) but what I wanted to niche down to. In doing that, I opened a Holiday Themed Etsy shop.
I did a 1-1 call with Yadsia with Online Planner Templates and she helped me cultivate a clear plan and direction for my blog and Etsy shop(s). Yes, you read that right, shops as in more than one.

Halloween and the Holidays
I have possibly an unnatural love for the holidays, specifically Halloween and Christmas, as well as a few others. I am a self-proclaimed Christmas and Halloween fanatic who is always looking for ways to celebrate these holidays all year round. I want to share my love for the holidays through my blog and Etsy store so that others can find a way to celebrate their favorite holiday all the time, too. So I have decided to pivot and center my blog and Etsy product lines around these specific holidays.
My main Etsy store, It’s Simply Because will remain open for general products related to self-care and wellness. This is still a topic I’m passionate about.
But, I love Halloween. I especially love the spooky and scary things that come with it. I also love making my own Halloween products to sell on Etsy. So, this month, I have started a new Holiday themed Etsy shop, Simply Halloween 365. You will find all of my favorite Halloween things like spooky coffee and tea mugs, planners, totes, and more. In the coming weeks, there will even be a full planner in Halloween theme aesthetics.
This has been so much fun because I love, love, love all things Halloween. In past years it has not always been easy for me to find Halloween decor and products unless it was smack dab in the middle of the season. So creating my own Halloween shop seemed to be the perfect solution. Plus, I would love to have a 12 month Halloween themed planner. That would be freaking amazing.
I was also looking for matching Halloween products which have also been impossible. For instance, matching coffee mugs and totes. Rather than being frustrated, I decided to create my own.
In Conclusion…
I will be documenting my journey. The techniques I have learned. The graphic designs I am using and how I put it all together. There will be some blog posts straight with text and images. There may be some vlog post tutorials.
